Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes — cancel whenever you like from your subscription settings. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period, and you won't be charged again.
- What happens to my playlists if I cancel?
- Your playlists are never deleted. Veltide only reads and writes tracks to playlists you've connected. Cancelling simply stops future sync runs.
- How does track matching work?
- Veltide first tries to match by ISRC — a global track identifier. If that's missing, it falls back to matching by track title and artist name. Any tracks it can't confidently match are shown in the unmatched report for that run.
